- Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29: Downtown Farmer’s Market – Enjoy the local produce offered weekly on a beautiful fall Saturday! The market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and located at 325 Franklin St.
- Oct. 7 to 9: Indigo Moon Film Festival – The film festival will take place downtown and feature flicks from all over the world. There will be documentaries, narratives, student films, animation and more!
- Oct. 27 to 29: Dogwood Festival – Head out to Festival Park to enjoy hayrides, a haunted maze, live music and more. The Dogwood Festival is sure to offer all of your favorite fall activities in one place!
- Oct. 28: Zombie Walk – The fourth Friday event downtown this month is Zombie Walk themed for Halloween! Join local exhibitors and artists of all types while strolling around and enjoying the unique shops, bistros and galleries the area has to offer.
