Salon Suites and Coffee Shop Coming to Marketfair

We’re excited to announce we’re bringing two new lifestyle spots to the community at Marketfair, which is located at 1916 Skibo Rd. Phenix Salon Suites is scheduled to open in the centrally located Fayetteville shopping plaza in early fall and Good Living Coffee Zone is projected to join this May.

The newest tenants each bring a unique offering to the shopping center:

  1. Phenix Salon Suites, the fastest-growing salon of its kind in America, provides premium suites that allow salon professionals to operate their own businesses while creating an exclusive spa experience for customers with services such as hair styling, massage therapy, spray tanning and more.
  2. Good Living Coffee Zone offers the finest coffee roasts from Honduras, Kenya, Sumatra and more, along with an expansive menu that includes a variety of smoothies, tea, sorbet and food options including specialty sandwiches and croissants.

The addition of these two new stores furthers the variety of dining, retail and entertainment options available at Marketfair. Additionally, the fine Indian cuisine restaurant Tandoori Bites is expected to open in April 2017.

Grant-Murray Real Estate, a Fayetteville-based full-service commercial real estate firm, represented the shopping center on these new tenant transactions. Two remaining available spaces range from 1,900 to 2,150 square feet.
